On Demand

MOSFETs are amazing little devices that have changed our lives, providing higher-density power circuits that have shrunk electronics profiles and vastly improve efficiencies. The demands for smaller form factors push the operating frequencies of switching power supplies into several megahertz. The switching frequency, however, is not the whole story: rise/fall time and circuit resonance play a large role in good EMI control. Careful layout and current control are the key to good low EMI design.
